Referral Form

Refer a new member to ALLCO and earn $50
reward. Simply print out the on-line Member Referral Form or
obtain one from either of ALLCO's locations - West Allis or Grafton.
Complete upper portion of the form and pass it on to prospective
member. They present the form to ALLCO when they join. Review
Program Guidelines shown below. Program Guidelines:
Current member must be in good standing to be eligible for
participation in ALLCO Credit Union Membership Referral Program.
Current member completes upper portion of the form and passes the
referral card to prospective member.
Prospective member must present referral card when applying for
membership.
Member can join at either West Allis or Grafton locations. Proper
identification is required, such as current driver’s license or
state photo identification.
$50 reward is deposited in current member savings account once new
member is active and in good standing for 90 days and has done one
of the following:
o Opened a checking account with automatic deposit
o Applied and been approved for a loan with automatic payment setup
o Invested in a CD $5,000 minimum
o Setup a Money Market checking account with direct deposit of
recurring payments, i.e. social security.
$50 reward is recorded as a dividend.
ALLCO membership is available to anyone who lives or works in
Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee or Washington counties, or is related
to current member. There is no fee required to join ALLCO Credit
Union. Membership requires a minimum balance of $30 in a share
account. Accounts that do not maintain a $100 balance are assessed a
monthly fee. |
