Eric Hofhine, Chairman

Eric Hofhine, Chairman, Board of Directors, has been a member of ALLCO Credit Union since 1993 and a member of the Board of Directors since1994. Eric currently is the Director of Underwriting for National Insurance Services where he has worked since 2000. National Insurance Services is a Brookfield, WI based group Life and Disability Insurance Company and is a national leader in providing employee benefits for the public sector.  In 2001, Eric became an member of the Cedarburg Volunteer Fire Department after passing both written and practical exams for the State of Wisconsin Fire Fighter I and Fire Fighter II certification. Eric was also appointed to the Cedarburg Board of Review in 2002 by Cedarburg's Mayor and has served as Chairman of that board since 2004. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also the recipient of a 4 year Naval ROTC Scholarship. Eric is a life long resident of the City of Cedarburg and currently resides in the Columbia Road Historic District. Email

Ed Miller, Vice Chairman

Ed Miller, a longtime credit union member, has been on the Board of Directors for over ten years. Ed’s parents started him early in the movement when one of the states largest credit unions was operated out of a portable trailer. Ed brings to the board 22 years of experience in the design and construction field. His education includes BS Architecture from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (98) and degrees in Interior Design as well as a background in real estate and construction management. For the past eight years, Ed’s focus has been on residential design and construction with his own firm E. Miller and Associates, Inc. Ed and his staff ha won over 24 residential design awards on the local, regional and national levels. Currently, Ed sits on the arbitration board for the Metropolitan Builders Association of Milwaukee and has been inducted into the "Arbitration Hall of Fame"  Ed is a director for the Builders Association as well as the Chairperson of the Remodelors Council. Ed is also active in Historic Preservation Locally and Nationally. Hobbies and interests include the fine arts, carpentry, gardening and cycling both with and without a motor. Email

Al Alteri

Al Alteri has been affiliated with credit unions for over 20 years and on ALLCO’s Board of Directors for the past nine years Born and raised in Kenosha, Al moved to Milwaukee when he attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. Upon graduating, Al was recruited by Pepsi-Cola in a variety of sales and sales management capacities, then by General Electric Medical Systems (GE Health Care) as their National Sales and Marketing Recruiter. Al’s passion has always been real estate. After purchasing several investment properties, Al changed careers and joined Shorewest Realtors. Al is the team leader of four real estate professionals, serving the real estate needs of both sellers and buyers in the Metro Milwaukee area. He recently earned the title of Associate Vice President and also “coaches” new agents. Al and his wife Mary Beth reside in Brookfield with their three children, Natalie Marie 8, and twins, Joseph Alan and Gina Marie almost 4 years old. Thomas J Bethhauser

Thomas J. Bethhauser, CPM, joined ALLCO Credit Union 4 years ago, when as acting Chairman of the Board of Directors at Leeson Electric Employees’ Credit Union decided to merge with ALLCO. This was a significant improvement giving the current members a full service credit union. Tom has been employed at General Electric, Healthcare Technologies for the past six years. His current position is Global Supplier Quality Leader – Global Sourcing. His job takes him of out town and out of the country at times. Tom and his wife Tina reside in Germantown with their two daughters, Erika 7 and Emily 5. Tom shares some family memories, “This year I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to travel to southern Europe last May to meet family members in Bagheria, Sicily. We spent two wonderful weeks sightseeing all of Sicily. This included Greek Ruins in Agregento, Beautiful Port cities like Portecello and traffic jams in Palermo that makes I-94 in Chicago look like a Sunday drive through the park. Oh, and I can’t forget the food and Italian ice cream either!” Other favorite pastimes include golf (Tom says he really did have a hole-in-one!) and NFL Football. Email

Cynthia Phillips

Cynthia M. Phillips has been an ALLCO member for over 30 years and on the Board of Directors for the past ten years. She recalls, “I became a member with my first car loan and ALLCO. My involvement has grown from there. I hope my participation will ensure ALLCO will be there with a lifetime of services for future members. ”Cindy’s marketing background brings experience with meeting planning, advertising and communication. Her career started at Allis-Chalmers, where she worked in various manufacturing departments. Her responsibilities included ad design, trade show coordination, meeting planning and website design. After 23 years of service, Cindy branched out on her own with Marketech offering those same services Cindy and her husband Jeff shared a dream of moving to a rural area and raising animals. Four years ago, that dream came to fruition with a move to Erin and the start of Reindeer Games. Cindy and Jeff now have seven reindeer and each Christmas season we share the reindeer magic by doing parades, exhibits, school and home visits. Cindy's passion for animals has expanded into health and wellness, working with therapeutic essential oils.  She has become a distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. Cindy & Jeff’s children, Jenny 27, works at ALLCO in West Allis, married to Bryan, and Jon 25, married to Jessica, all enjoy the reindeer too. They are very active with us doing Reindeer Games thru the Christmas season. Email

Bob Wang

Bob Wang started his involvement with credit unions while working at Leeson Electric Corporation. He served on the Leeson Employees Credit Union’s board of directors for fifteen years. Bob held the position of treasurer for each of those fifteen years until that credit union merged with ALLCO just three years ago. Bob was born and raised in Milwaukee. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Operations Management from the School of Business. He is certified by the American Production and Inventory Society in production and inventory management. Currently, Bob works at Exacto Spring Corporation, an ALLCO sponsor company. He has been employed there for the past nine years as their production scheduler. Bob and his wife Terri reside in Grafton with their children Ashley, 18, Alex, 15, and Devin, 9. He enjoys all sports, and plays soccer on a team from Cedarburg. During free time, Bob also enjoys reading and helping out at his church. Email
